Purpose: To determine the differences between sleeping earlier and lately.
Background: People nowadays possesses a behaviour of sleeping lately and getting up lately. This kind of phenomena will result in symptoms that an individual usually faces, such as tired, headache and unable to focus.
Procedure: Very easy, step 1, sleep early in day 1 and step 2, sleep lately in day 2.
Apparatus: No apparatus, just me, my bed and my blanket.
Results:
Day 1, slept at 10pm which is considered a normal sleeping time which our metabolisms started to "regenerate". Woke up at 9am in the morning, feeling fresh, start to revise for Moral examination which is at 2pm. Clear, easily to absorb what I had read, and tend to focus well while having the exam. After that, no naps in the afternoon, watched movies and not sleepy at all. The whole day was feeling great!
Day2, slept at 4am,an abnormal sleeping hour. Woke up at 1pm. Although sufficient hours of sleep but body still felt tired. The whole afternoon felt blur, don't know what to do, cannot think well, always day dreaming. Had a nap at 5pm until 7pm. After that cannot sleep early due to the afternoon nap. Continue to struggle to sleep until late night. A bad an unhealthy life cycle which is crucial to the body.
Conclusion: Sleep early during school time and sleep lately during holidays. Why?? Because in holidays you do not need to think, just keep playing and playing, day dreaming as you like and keep talking nonsense to your friends, just like me now! hahahaha
